Dear Larry and Bill:
It's not often that I can write a letter like this one. On February 17, 2005 Connie and I moved into our new home that was constructed by Fort Bend Custom Homes. As with most new homes the owners can expect quite a few construction problems to arise, as was the case in the previous homes Connie and I had owned in the past. Not only has this home been near perfect but any of the minor issues that have come up, have been fixed in a very efficient and timely manner.
From the very day of conception to final completion, the whole process of building a custom homes was truly a very enjoyable experience. Both of you were always available to answer and correct any concerns that we may have had during the entire process.
Your building expertise and knowledge of new construction techniques has kept your company far ahead of your competitors, and I'm sure you will continue to be the leader in your field.
Connie and I look forward to spending many years in our home, not only "trouble free and dependable, but beautiful."
